At Sleep World, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you face any issues, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused and in its original condition with packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Products without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery
Share product details along with images/videos of the issue
Our team will review and approve the request
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you with return instructions

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as agreed

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once the product is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
Refund for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

Slight variation in color/design may occur due to lighting or display differences
Mattress comfort is subjective; returns based on comfort preference may not be accepted
Delivery charges (if any) may be non-refundable
